Payment Details

  1. How soon must bookings be made?

    Bookings need to be made at least a week in advance (7 Calendar days) in order to ensure the security of the time for a client.
     
  2. How soon must my shoot be paid for?

    The remainder of the payment can be paid the day of the shoot. If the remainder of the payment is not made the day of the client will not receive their proofs to begin the editing process. You have 2 weeks (14 calendar days) to complete the total payment of the shoot. If payment is not completed your photos will not be released to you and will be deleted by the end of the following week. in advance contacting meA deposit of at least half of your total fee must be paid for at least 4 calendar days prior to your shoot. 
     
  3. What forms of payment are accepted? 

    ​​I accept the following forms of payment: CASH, DEBIT CARD, & PAYPAL TRANSFERS. 
     
  4. ​What is the cancellation process?
    Cancelling your shoot can be done without penalty if done 48 hours prior to your shoot. If cancelled afterwards you will receive only half of your deposit back. Ex. Cancelling after paying $50 for your deposit you will receive $25 as a refund.

     

  5. What happens if I am unable to pay the total amount for my shoot?

    You have 2 weeks (14 calendar days) to complete the total payment of the shoot. If payment is not completed your photos will not be released to you and will be deleted by the end of the following week.
     
  6. ​Do you give customers the RAW files of their shoot?

    RAW FILES ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE I do not provide customers with the RAW files of my shoots. I provide them with small JPEG file proofs so that they may see and select which photos they want edited.
     
  7. ​How do I receive the finished photos?

    ​A Dropbox folder will be created specifically for your shoot and only you the client will be able to access it.
     
  8. ​How long are the photos from my shoot available in DropBox after being edited?

    A client' s shoot is available two weeks (14 Calendar Days) after being originally uploaded. After which they will be deleted. A re-upload fee of $10 will be charged if a client wishes to have them put back into Dropbox and they will be available for an additional 7 days.
     
  9. Are there any extra fee's included with a booking?
    Non studio shoots have travel fees. If I must travel to you (the client) travel fees are then applied to the cost of shoots based on distance I have traveled. Travel fees are currently 50 cents PER MILE traveled outside the Tampa, Fl (St. Pete is not included within Tampa).
